Personal data will be retained for a period of up to 2 years for a dormant account, ie an account that hasn’t been used.




If you choose to use our service, personal data items such as Name, Email Address, and Telephone number may be stored in our Corporate Cloud Storage, Corporate Email Platform, or our Help Desk platform.

Personal data will be retained for a period of up to 3 years for an active account, ie an account that has been used.
